Is there a minimum amount that needs to be purchased to qualify for Free Shipping?
Whether you order 1 bottle or 10 bottles…all orders receive Free Shipping. No need to purchase a case of room odorizers or a minimum of $75 or more to receive preferred status at our site. All of our customers are provided with Free Shipping regardless of quantity purchased.

How will my credit card be billed as?
Your charge will appear on your credit card statement as PTGO

Is the packaging discreet?
All products are shipped in plain brown packaging from Shipper PTGO

Is my credit card information secure when I make a purchase?
When you transmit your payment information, it is encrypted with SSL Technology, which is required to securely transmit credit card transactions. Your information goes directly to our payment processor for approval.

Return/Claim Policy

You have found a reputable online retailer, offering the best prices online, and reliable, fast, discreet billing and shipping. In order to continue to provide the best prices online, we have instituted a return and claim policy. First, if you receive a damaged product, you must email us within 48 hrs of receipt of product, and mail it back to us at the return address on the package, at your expense. Package must be postmarked within 2 days of receipt.

Additionally, it is your responsibility to provide an mailing address that is secure. We receive delivery confirmation on all shipments. If you do not receive the product once it is has been confirmed as delivered, we will not provide a replacement order. If on the other hand, the package is lost in transit and no delivery confirmation is provided to us, we will re-ship at no cost to you. Please understand these strict claim guidelines before you order.
